| Layout: |
- Please provide a "ruled" press sheet showing minimum area you want filmed, with each job.
- Sheetwise printing of images is required (for 1 side film).
- Maximum sheet size: 26" x 40"
- Minimum sheet size: 11-1/2" x 17-1/2" (automatic) 8-1/2" x 11" (hand)
- One side -1/2" on all sides IN ADDITION TO THE BLEED AREA REQUIRED.
- Two side - 1/2" on 2 parallel sides (normally gripper and tail), film will cover other 2 edges completely hanging off wild edge by 1/2" approximately.
- Sealed edge - Approximately 1/8" of film will be extended on all four sides, sealing the sheet completely.

| Registration: |
- Please mark clearly guide and gripper, use operator side guide if possible.
- Covering less then the full sheet is possible; i.e.: leaving glue flaps for pocket folders open. Layout should be discussed prior to quoting / printing.

| Paper: |

| Ink: |
- Conventional printing inks should not be used.
- Use of wax free ink(s) and (or) coatable sizing is a must.
- Use a minimum of offset spray powder.

| Drying: |
- 24 hours (fully cured ink) should be allowed before we apply film.
- You can work with the filmed sheets immediately.

- Please provide the following information.
Sheet size, Weight of paper, Weight of film (1.5mil, 3mil, 5mil, 10mil), Type of film (gloss, dull, matte),
Number of sides (1, 2, sealed edge), Quantity of sheets.
